OCTOBER 20, 2024 – – – The 2024 version of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series campaign came to a close over the October 18-19 weekend in the 44th edition of the ‘Dirt Track World Championship’ at the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. With 61 Super Late Model entrants on hand for the crown jewel spectacular, Daulton Wilson went tenth fastest in Group A during Friday’s time trial session prior to advancing to second in his heat race.
After rolling off from the inside of the fourth row in Saturday’s $100,000 to win headliner, Daulton raced hard to finish in the top ten in the 100-lap affair. At the conclusion of the contest, the Fayetteville, North Carolina ace found himself in the tenth finishing position and officially placed eighth in the final series point standings.
