MAY 12, 2024 – – – The #18D team followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to the Land of Lincoln on May 10-11 for a pair of lucrative events that started on Friday night at Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Illinois. With a $25,000 top prize up for grabs in the annual ‘Farmer City 74,’ Daulton Wilson placed fourth in his loaded heat race before securing a victory in his B-Main. After starting twenty-first on the grid in the 74-lap feature event, Daulton picked off eight competitors during the race to land in the thirteenth finishing position.

On Saturday evening, JRR Motorsports made the short trek to Fairbury Speedway in downtown Fairbury, Illinois for the ‘FALS Spring Shootout,’ which boasted a whopping $30,000 winner’s check. Daulton finished sixth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main. After relying on a series provisional to gain access into the 60-lapper, the Fayetteville, North Carolina ace wound up twenty-second in the final rundown at FALS. Daulton now sits tenth in the latest version of the heated LOLMDS point standings exiting the Illinois double-dip.
